Medstac’s journey started well over four decades ago however, it wasn’t fully “revealed” until the past couple of years and both Stacy Rae and I like to refer to it as the “Gift!”

The name Medstac is Stacy Mednick backwards. The name Medstac is the brainchild of an ex- client Greg Madsen. Greg ended up helping us in more ways than one. Greg got to know how badly I wanted to give back to my beautiful wife Stacy Rae for putting up with me for all those years when I was lost. Stacy Rae is my true angel and I feel honored and thrilled to be her soulmate in this life. God has poured His blessings upon us with letting us be the parents of three beautiful boys. They make our life extremely full. Thanks again Greg for locating Stacy Rae’s biological father. We will always be grateful for you doing that!

While growing up Stacy Rae lived in Los Angeles, Arizona and Utah. I have lived in SoCal all my life.

Stacy Rae started teaching Aerobics at the age of sixteen. I started cleaning my first gym at thirteen. Stacy Rae started providing personal training at twenty. I at seventeen.

Stacy Rae is all about higher education and certificates. I am not. Stacy Rae graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Physical Education. I attended Orange Coasts Personal Training Program. Stacy Rae is a member of IDEA, and is a group certified instructor through ACE. And I am not. Stacy Rae spends a lot of time reading up on the latest health and wellness information, the latest in the new teaching methods and motivational material. I simply read the Bible. Stacy Rae is planning to go back to school to learn more about Nutrition, Life Coaching, Spanish and more. I just want to do more of God’s will. However, Stacy Rae and I DO BELIEVE that we have been CALLED to GIVE LOVE by teaching others how to "Live" and "Become" more fit.

Our true calling is to help others to live healthier lives. We absolutely both agree that it is our responsibility to “GIVE BACK” what has been given to us! We both agree that without a spiritual connection with God it is going to be impossible to get healthier in your mind and body. Both Stacy Rae and I have used our past experiences to help us grow more into what God has called us to be and more importantly what He wants us to become. Presently Stacy Rae and I are both in our mid-forties and aren’t worried or caught up with what people think about us and our “outer appearance.” Stacy Rae and I have already traveled down that road and quite frankly we both didn’t enjoy the “emptiness” that it brought us. We are all God's children and we need to support one and other as best we can. Stacy Rae and I aren’t here to judge but merely to teach and encourage others how to live healthier lives! The Original Med’s Band is a Gift from God and our Gift to you. We hope and pray that it finds you in good health and it can be a tool to help you live healthier!

The latest result on our continuing journey of providing health and fitness is "The Original Meds Band". We truly believe it to be an "inspired" product. We know by using it daily you will become a healthier, more relaxed and fit person. This is why I believe God gave me the "inspiration" to create this unique product.

1. On October 29th 2005 Michael draws a Pumpkins face onto a Stability Ball.
   
   
2. On October 31st 2005 Michael truly believes God speaks to him and says," nobody knows how to use the Stability ball!' (A SEED IS PLANTED!)
3. On November 1st 2005 Michael shares the Seed with a client and friend Robin Klein. Robin says," why don’t you print exercises directly onto the Stability ball itself Michael!" (A VISION IS BORN!)
   
   
4. On January 25th 2006 Michael pursues a Patent search for putting Exercises onto a Stability Ball.
5. On March 22nd 2006 Michael files for Utility Patent. Title: Exercise Ball with Instructional Indicia and Method of Use.
   
   
6. On April 19th 2006 Utility Patent Title: Exercise Ball with Indicia and Method of Use receives Foreign License Granted 04/14/2006 # US11/387,249
7. On December 26th 2006 Medstac Inc. files for second Utility Patent. Title: Exercise Equipment with Instructional Indicia and Method of Use.
8. On January 18th 2007 Michael Transfers Ball Patent to Medstac Incorporated With US Patent and Trademark Office Recorded on 12/23/06
9.  On February 2nd 2007 Medstac Inc. is now Patent Pending Title: Exercise Equipment with Instructional Indicia and Method of Use. #us 11/644,608
10. On June 18th 2007 Medstac Inc. gets rejected by Patent Office for Title: Exercise Ball with Instructional Indicia and Method of Use.
11. On October 16th 2007 Medstac Inc. responds to the Ball rejection with an Amendment filed on 6/12/07
12. On November 2nd 2007 Utility Patent Title: Exercise Equipment with Instructional and Method of Use gets rejected.
13. On November 19th 2007 Medstac files for a Design Patent Title: Band with Exercise Instructional Indicia is Patent Pending this application is a continuation-in-part of prior U.S. applications 11387249 filed on 3/22/06 and 11644608 filed on 12/23/06.
14. On December 24th 07 a Foreign Filing License Granted Title: Band with Exercise Indicia 12/11/07 # US 29/293,415
15. On March 2nd 2008 Utility Patent Title: Exercise Ball with Instructional and Method of Use Claims 2-4 and 17-20 are rejected but claim 15 has been allowed.
16. On May 9th 2008 Medstac responds and accepts to Claim 15 Utility Patent Title: Exercise Ball with Instructional and Method of Use.
17. On August 27th 2008 Patent Office withdraws from allowing Claim 15 Utility Patent Title: Exercise Ball with Instructional and Method of Use.
18. Medstac’s Amends Articles of Incorporation and makes Stacy Rae Mednick the President of Medstac Inc. Michael Mednick becomes CFO of Medstac Inc.
19. On January 21st 2009 Medstac receives first shipment of the Original Med’s Bands!
    
    
20. Medstac puts the Original Med’s bands in the first store Pure Water Plus (Garfield and Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach)
21. Medstac puts the Original Med’s bands in the second store Nutrishop (Adams and Brookhurst St. in Huntington Beach)

23. Medstac begins “joining forces” with Joey Jean Inc.
