What is the Original Med's Band?

Every Med's band has our exclusive innovation:
We've carefully developed targeted, step-by-step workout routines that are printed right ONTO the band itself! The how-to instructions and the band are virtually inseparable. Now anyone can be their own trainer using the MED'S BAND for a consistent workout that is efficient, intelligent, and portable. It couldn't be easier to use.

The Original Med's Resistance Band is comprised of the following:

  • 4 Warm up exercises with numbers, names, arrows and a picture of the exercise being performed.
  •  8 Exercises with numbers, names and start and finish pictures of the exercises being performed as well as front and back pictures of the anatomy of the muscles being used during the movement.
  • 4 Cool down exercises with numbers, names, arrows and a picture of the exercise being performed.
  • Suggested number of repetitions and sets
  •  Encouraging words
